A.J. Dunsmore is the author of gothic fantasy and supernatural fiction featuring atmospheric settings, compelling mysteries, and unforgettable characters. Inspired by history, folklore, and the enduring power of hope, Dunsmore’s novels blend dark secrets, slow-burning suspense, and richly imagined worlds where the past is never truly buried.
These stories enter candlelit drawing rooms, haunted estates, secret societies, and worlds where love must contend with old mysteries and forces that refuse to remain buried. Their atmosphere may be dark, but the human heart remains at the center.
Through A. J. Dunsmore, Fynixfire Media offers stories shaped by history, longing, danger, and the possibility that even the deepest shadow may conceal a doorway.
When not writing, Dunsmore enjoys teaching violin and piano, exploring historical research, collecting story ideas, and drinking far too much tea.
A. J. Dunsmore titles are published by Fynixfire Media—Where Stories Wait Patiently.
